Want to know your Dentist-approved candy for this Halloween???

Dark chocolate/ milk chocolate, sugar-free, and xylitol-based candy and gum.

Eat moderately in 20-minute increments to avoid long exposures of teeth to an acidic environment.

If you have braces or orthodontic appliances, avoid sticky, gummy candy and hard taffies. Most of all, avoid candy corn!

Here is a snapshot of my interview on FM101 NEWS! If you want the complete article/video, please email us at [email protected]

Happy Halloween!
