Meet Dr. Anderson! 🦷

The opportunity to make a lasting impact on someone’s confidence and well-being is what fuels Dr. Anderson’s commitment to dentistry and her work each day.

After earning her degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2019, Dr. Anderson continued her education by completing a one-year post-doctoral degree in Advanced Education in General Dentistry with the US Army at Fort Campbell, KY. Upon completing her residency, she was stationed at Fort Meade, where she served as a Captain, providing dental care to active duty service members.

Having now completed her service in the Army, Dr. Anderson is excited to join the team of providers at Be More Dental where she can serve the dental needs of her own community. Having spent years providing dental care for those who serve our country, Dr. Anderson is eager to focus now on helping her friends, family, and neighbors in Baltimore- making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have supported her along the way. For Dr. Anderson, dentistry is more than just treating teeth- it’s about building relationships, fostering trust, and helping people feel confident and cared for in every aspect of their lives.

Dr. Anderson has a strong passion for digital dentistry and she is committed continuing her education across many advanced modalities in dentistry, taking advanced courses in clear aligner therapy, orofacial pain management, advanced general dentistry, and implant placement, including specialized training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Anderson is always seeking new ways to incorporate the latest techniques and technologies into her practice, ensuring that her patients receive the best care possible.

The FAGD is a high honor that has only been earned by 6% of general dentists! 😍

Being awarded with Fellowship status entails taking over 500 hours of continuing education spread out across multiple disciplinary regions of dentistry, passing a rigorous written-exam, and maintaining active status with the Academy of General Dentistry.

FAGD recipients are known as leaders among the dental community and is a mark of excellence within the dental profession. ✨

Believe it or not, this result was achieved in just one day! 🤩 This photo was taken immediately after surgery and delivery of this patient’s new and customized implant-supported teeth. 🦷 Swipe to see the before. Our patient showed up this morning at 8:30 AM with the smile shown in the before picture, and we sent him home today with that show-stopping smile in the after picture! 😁
