Dr. Thomas Frank has been practicing aesthetic and restorative dentistry since graduation from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry, San Francisco. He established his private practice with a vision to take the health and beauty of his patients to new levels. Combining state-of-the-art technical expertise with a passion for aesthetics, Dr. Frank has developed a reputation for his creative
artistry in achieving the consistently exceptional results his patients love. Dr. Frank has trained extensively with some of the finest aesthetic and occlusion dentists in the country, in programs such as the UCLA Aesthetic Continuums, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Scottsdale Spear Institute, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. With substantial experience in complex cases, he has a special understanding of smile dynamics and the preservation of a healthy mouth. Dr. Frank is committed to do whatever it takes, not only to satisfy each patient, but also to meet his own high standards for aesthetics and function. Because he believes that everyone can enjoy the benefits of a beautiful smile, Dr. Frank volunteers his expertise in changing people’s lives through the national, humanitarian efforts of Give Back A Smile Program. Dr. Frank has served the community as president of the Kern County Dental Society and continued a leadership role as Trustee to California Dental Association, advancing the positive changes taking place in modern, aesthetic dentistry.
