Dr. Misty Hendricks was born into a dental family composed of dentists (her grandfather and great-grandfather), a dental assistant (her grandmother), a dental hygienist (her mother), and a dental lab technician (her father). uating from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2004 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, she moved back to her hometown of Bakersfield, California, in 2006. Since then, Dr. Hendricks has been fortunate to be an associate dentist at some of the most well-respected dental offices in Bakersfield, growing to become one of the most sought-after dentists in Kern County. Her exceptional dentistry, attention to detail, and signature “put you at ease” sense of humor helped earn her one of the Bakersfield Life Magazine’s 2018 “Top Dentist” awards. In addition to caring for smiles of Kern County residents, Dr. Hendricks has served as the official dentist for the Bakersfield Condors hockey team (American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL Edmonton Oilers) since 2017. She is a member of the Kern County Dental Society, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association. Dr. Hendricks is an animal lover and has three dogs and one cat. When she isn’t providing dental care, she enjoys snow skiing and snowboarding.
