Single central incisors are some of the most challenging cases we treat.

Matching one front tooth to a natural smile requires careful attention to color, shape, surface texture, and proportions. Even the smallest discrepancies are noticeable.

Beyond replacing the missing tooth, we also used conservative bonding to improve symmetry and create a more harmonious overall result.

The mission is accomplished when the dentistry disappears.

Dental practice owners... so what endurance sport did you choose?

Because somewhere between managing a team, running a business, leading patient care, keeping up with continuing education, and balancing life outside the office, many of us seem to gravitate toward activities that require even more discipline.

Trail running in the mountains currently has my heart.

Maybe it's because endurance sports reward the same qualities that make great practice owners: consistency, resilience, patience, and the ability to keep moving forward when things get uncomfortable.

Or maybe we just enjoy a challenge. 😉

Either way, I'm curious. What endurance sport did you choose?

One thing I would tell anyone graduating dental school is this: yes, mastering the science matters. Understanding materials, function, aesthetics, technique, and continuing education will always be important.

But building relationships matters just as much.

The longer I practice, the more I realize that great dentistry is not built on clinical skill alone. It is built on trust, communication, and the relationships you create with your patients, your team, and your community.

At Vail Dental Design, we have intentionally built a practice centered around people. Our team, our patients, and our community are a huge part of what makes this work so meaningful.

The science is essential. But the relationships are what make a career fulfilling in the long term.
