Your toothbrush does a lot, but it can’t do everything. 🦷✨

Flossing helps clean the tight spaces between your teeth and along the gumline where plaque and food can hide.

Just a few extra minutes in your routine can make a big difference for your teeth and gums. Don’t skip the floss! 🪥

Stress doesn’t just live in your head. Did you know that your smile can feel it too? 😬🦷

Clenching and grinding can lead to jaw soreness, headaches, tooth sensitivity, and wear over time, sometimes without you even realizing you’re doing it.

If your mouth is showing signs of stress, it might be time to have it checked.

Some of the biggest mistakes people make with their teeth are the ones they don’t even realize they’re making. 👀🦷

Skipping flossing, brushing too aggressively, ignoring sensitivity, or putting off regular dental visits might not seem like a big deal in the moment, but those habits can add up over time.

Taking care of the small things now can help prevent bigger dental problems later. Your future smile will thank you! ✨

How do you spot the practice owner? 👀🦷

Usually, they’re the one doing a little bit of everything 😂

Some snacks are tougher on your teeth than you might think. 👀🦷

Sticky, sugary, and highly acidic snacks can hang around longer and give cavity-causing bacteria more to work with.

You don’t have to give up your favorites. Just snack smart, drink plenty of water, and keep up with brushing and flossing! ✨

When the dentist asks for a tool you’ve never heard of and suddenly you’re questioning everything 😅🦷

Getting your braces off doesn’t necessarily mean your treatment is over. 🦷✨

Your retainer is what helps keep your teeth in their new positions and protects all the progress you worked for. Wear it consistently, keep it clean, and don’t skip those follow up visits. Your new smile deserves to stay.

And if you have any questions, feel free to give our office a call or schedule an appointment! 📅
