At Bruno Integrative Dentistry we empower our patients to find health. We believe this comes from outdoor exposure, healthy organic locally grown foods, a connection to Mother Earth, a positive mindset, and a diligence about the products you put in and on your body. Although the best restorative dentistry is no dentistry at all. When it does become necessary because the body is in dis-ease and the organs of the teeth begin to decay due to bacterial invasion, we choose dental materials that are less toxic, biocompatible and as safe as possible. Our real passion, however, is helping you find wellness and turning the body around so that it can be in a state of healing. If you are sick of general dentistry that just assumes a cavity is something normal, so are we. We need to start asking why, and as your dentist I will. The reasons can be a poor airway, poor sleep, mouth breathing, toxin overload., poor nutrition, poor absorption. We are here to help guide you and help make it so that you too can Breathe well and Be well!

Any of you who know me, know that health and wellness is my passion. Watching my Mom and Dad die of cancer opened my eyes, but it wasn't until I was pregnant with my twins that I realized it was up to me to keep them from the same fate of chronic inflammatory disease, pain, and death. It has become my passion, and is why I am a biologic dentist and why I am an uber conscious, non-toxic Mom.

I'm really excited by the fact that RFK, Jr is our potential new Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. For years, the answers to so many of America's problems have been so obvious to me as so much of our budget is spent on healthcare costs. Simply put, take the toxins out of our environment, flip the food subsidies to support real, nutritious food instead of corn and soy, allow farmers to get loans if they are investing in regenerative farming practices that make our food more nutrient dense(currently you have to subscribe to the monocrop rules to get the funding from the banks which make farming less expensive), get Big Agriculture and Big Pharma and their lobbyists out of Washington because no one truly should ever eat an Oreo and the drug companies have too much power in legislation that often times is not for the best interest of our people, and you make a healthier society who needs less medicine, feels better, and is more energetic and contributes more to society. We would decrease healthcare costs considerably and increase productivity and likely GDP. It seems pretty straightforward to me.

With RFK, Jr he knows even more than I do and really, truly understands the depth of of the environmental and health crisis in the nation. You may have heard on the news that he is anti-vaxxer, and you have discredited him. Really he is just against any toxin dump on the body and feels that there needs to be true safety testing showing that something is safe and effective prior to recommending that you inject it into your body or the body of your loved ones.

So many people believed the institution during COVID and so many of you now realize how that may not have been the best idea. Reports in science journals are showing large increases in myocarditis and other inflammatory disease with the COVID vaccine and the spike proteins are in every organ everywhere, and we aren't even sure what effect that will have long term. Don't you want safety to be first? Do you want to be the next guinea pig?

Share your support for RFK, Jr. I promise he has all our best interests at heart when it comes to health. Here's to a country that starts to prioritize its people over corporate greed! MAHA!

Bruno Integrative Dentistry is closed until 4/21/20 at this time, in accordance with the mandate from Governor Abbott for all dental offices to suspend non-essential services. Dr. Bruno, however, is available for you by cell phone for any emergency needs you may have. Her cell phone can be found on the outgoing office voicemail.

We will inform you once we have more information about when the office will reopen. For now, if you have an appointment prior to 4/21/20, you can consider that appointment cancelled, and we will contact you to reschedule when we have more information.

Hello everyone. I know we haven't been around, and I just wanted to check in and let you all know I am here when and if you need me. My cell phone is on the outgoing voicemail as always.

I hope you all are staying healthy and enjoying some family time and a slow down to the fast paced life we all normally have. Try your best to enjoy this calm even amidst all that is going on. I wanted to say a special thank you to Laurie Lisciandro, Candice Herrera, and Sarah Leisy. These ladies are the backbone of Bruno Integrative Dentistry, and they handled dealing with changes to keep up with COVID19 updates without even a complaint. They supported me in my choices to keep the practice open for our patients and even supported me when it was decided that it was safest for us to close. To these three women, I owe you so much! Thank you for your hard work, diligence, and support. And a very special thank you for Laurie for staying until 7:30 tonight so we could see a patient that was having discomfort. After much consideration, Bruno Integrative Dentistry has decided to shut down the office the week of March 23, 2020. Although shutting down is not mandatory and dental offices deal with infectious diseases on a daily basis, we believe we are making the right decision. In order to keep our team and patients safe, we have elected to follow the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and American Dental Association (ADA).
Because there are many unanswered questions, we will be updating you on a weekly basis to let you know if we will be shutting down the following week/s. We are hopeful that we can soon continue the care you need in order to maintain your oral health.
If you are an existing patient and you have a dental emergency and must be seen, please call our office for our emergency line. We will soon implement Teledentistry that will allow you to consult with Dr. Bruno virtually to address any concerns or questions. Once this has been fully set up, we will send out more details.
We are thankful for our community for doing everything they can to stop the spread of COVID19 and we are thankful for each and every one of you.

At Bruno Integrative Dentistry, the health and safety of our patients is our utmost concern. We will be open during this time to serve our patients, and we are carefully watching the developments with COVID-19 and are taking precautions to help keep you safe.

If you have traveled internationally, traveled on any cruise ship, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed below, we MUST reschedule your appointment for a future date.
• Fever
• Fatigue
• Cough
• Shortness of breath

Please call the office and our team will reschedule your appointment. We will be screening every patient at check in to identify and limit potential exposure to COVID-19 in our office.

These are the things we want you to know so you can feel comfortable while at the office.

1) Hand sanitizer will be at the door for you to use prior to coming in. Please make sure you clean prior to entering the office and upon leaving the office.
2) Pens that are out will be wiped with a sterilization wipe after use by every person.
3) We ask that everyone wash their hands if they use the bathroom for 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
4) There will only be 1-2 patients in the office at a time.
5) When you check in, we ask that you take a seat until you are called back.
6) When you are checking out, we ask that you stay on the side with Candice until checkout is complete.
7) If there is someone checking out and another person ready to leave, we will seat the second patient back in the waiting area until Candice is ready so we ensure only one person at the desk at a time.
8) Only patients will be allowed in the back. Any caregivers are welcome to wait outside in the beautiful sunshine, and we will happily get you after the appointment is complete. There is a nice table outside on the side of the office and another table behind the building in front of us.
9) Know that the office has been disinfected by our wonderful assistant Laurie to ensure safety for you. All of your team will be washing their hands in between every patient as we have been in the past. Every room is thoroughly sprayed and wiped after each patient. All instruments are sterilized and are only opened for your appointment. We will not be shaking hands at this time.

In addition, we have some wonderful immune boosting adjuncts at the office that can help keep you healthy during this viral season. Ozone is O3 and has the ability to kill viruses, fungi, bacteria, and parasites as it uses lipoperoxides and peroxides to destroy them from the inside. It also increases the flexibility of the red blood cells and upregulates the immune system. Infrared saunas reduce stress(which we all are feeling right now), support the immune system and increase resistance to disease, detoxify the body, and boosts metabolism.

Ozone breathing treatments are available for 25 minutes during your appointment or can be done as a precautionary measure even if you don't have an appointment.

10 minutes in the infrared sauna can be added before or after your appointment to boost your immune system, help your body detox, and kill off any viral intruders that are lurking.

At this time, being proactive is your best method of prevention. In the statement, you will find a wealth of information on how to keep your body healthy during this time.
