Did you brush you teeth today? If your gums bled, felt swollen, or looked inflamed, that is a good reason to schedule a dental checkup.

Did you brush your teeth this morning? Read this before you call it done.
1. Spit after brushing, but try not to rinse right away.
2. Brush gently. Your teeth don’t need pressure, they need consistency.
3. Take your time at the gumline. That’s where plaque likes to hide.
4. Don’t brush right after lemonade, soda, or citrus. Give your enamel a little time.
5. Two minutes really does matter.
6. And before bed? That brushing is important. Don’t skip it.
