This patient came to us after a previously root-canal-treated tooth fractured and could no longer be saved. Rather than waiting months between extraction and implant placement, Dr. Alex Nguyen Alex Nguyen | Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon performed an immediate implant placement, preserving the bone and helping create the best possible foundation for the final restoration.

After three months of healing, Dr. Madeleine Dr. MadeleineChung completed the treatment with a custom implant crown that blends beautifully with the patient’s natural smile.
