Progressive Perio & Associates Dr. Crystal Chun is Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. We're excited to welcome you back to Progressive Perio.

She is committed to combining clinical excellence with compassion, cultural awareness, and a global and local perspective on care. We are pleased to announce our doors re-opened March 25, 2025, with the wonderful periodontist, Dr. Crystal Chun. We've been honored to care for our patients for the past 30+ years and we value the trust you've placed with us. As you've come to learn, Dr. Pick fell ill

in May of 2024 and had to temporarily close our doors. During this time, Dr. Pick made the difficult decision to sell his practice, and in February 2025, Dr. Pick suddenly passed away. We're devastated by the loss of this great man and practitioner. Dr. Pick hand-selected Dr. Crystal Chun to continue his legacy of ethics & excellence at his office. She vows to continue providing the best level of care that you have come to expect from our practice. Dr. Chun met Dr. Pick in 2012 during her undergraduate studies. This is when she was introduced to periodontics and when she found her true passion. Dr. Pick mentored Dr. Chun throughout her studies in periodontics and she also spent two summers shadowing Dr. Pick at his practice. He knew his patients would be in very good hands with Dr. Chun. During her residency, Dr. Chun focused her thesis on oral cancer and her research was published. This topic remains especially meaningful to her and shapes the care we provide.
