Let’s get those smiles shining bright! Taking care of little teeth now sets the stage for a healthy, confident smile later.
Here are 3 quick tips to keep your kids' teeth healthy:
1️⃣ Brush together: Brush for 2 minutes, 2 times a day! Let them pick a fun timer to make it a game.
2️⃣ Limit sugary snacks: Choose crunchy fruits and veggies over sticky sweets.
3️⃣ Visit the dentist: Start regular checkups by age one or when the first tooth appears.
