UPDATE ⚠️: Resurfacing work on Moores Mill Road has been postponed due to projected rain and supply issues. We will send out another update once the work has been rescheduled.

ORIGINAL POST: Attention everyone using Moores Mill Road! 🚧 There will be lane closures April 10-17 between Hamilton Road and Stoneridge Drive. A contractor will be resurfacing the road between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. as part of the FY2023 Street Resurfacing Project.

Traffic control measures will be in place to make sure traffic continues flowing both ways. Please be cautious and add a little extra time to your travel plans if you're passing through this area. Stay safe out there!

We hope this finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habit and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our infection control processes adhere to all federal recommendations and are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about these procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.

You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect both our patients and staff.
-If your appointment was scheduled between March 18 & April 30, we will be contacting you as quickly as possible to reschedule.
-Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask health screening questions. You will be asked those same questions in the office. If you have any symptoms of illness, please call to cancel or reschedule.
-As a consideration to all of those needing to come in after our time away, please be respectful of your appointment time.
-If you have a mask or face covering that you have been using, please use it while in our office. We have hand sanitizer that you will be asked to use as you enter the building. When you are seated in the room, you will be asked to use a pre-rinse (mouthwash).
-Our lobby will be closed. Please call the front office upon your arrival (334-750-5720). Appointments will be managed to allow distancing between patients.
-Entrance to our office will be limited to the patient only. If there is some extenuating circumstance, please let us know prior to your arrival.

Just a quick update... You are most likely aware that the Alabama Department of Health & the Governor’s office have extended our time away through the end of the month. We can see emergency patients only (extreme swelling, etc). Please know that during this time, we are available by phone for any issues that might arise.
We are looking forward to seeing you all again SOON!

Upon advisement from the American Dental Association and Alabama Public Health all dental offices have been mandated to close to all non-emergency patients until Monday, April 13. This means that all cleanings and non-emergent appointments must be cancelled.

As soon as more information is available to us, or in the event of any changes, we will be in touch. We will make every effort to get appointments rescheduled as soon as possible.

We will have someone in the office on a slightly modified schedule during this time. Should the need arise, our answering machine will have after-hours emergency numbers.

The interstate lane closures will be during business hours starting today and run through Monday, February 5. If you travel the interstate to see us, please plan accordingly.
