- Conservative Dentistry with BioClear -

When it comes to restoring a tooth, sometimes less is more.

The BioClear method can be a great alternative to a traditional crown in appropriate cases. This minimally invasive approach allows Dr. Nate to restore damaged or worn teeth while preserving more of your natural tooth structure. ❤️

Preserving healthy tooth structure is an important part of conservative dentistry—and when BioClear is an option, it may allow us to strengthen and restore your smile without removing as much healthy tooth as a traditional crown may require.

We’re proud to share that Dr. Nate is the only BioClear-certified dentist in our area!

☕ Coffee lovers, this one's for you! 🤎

Your morning cup doesn't have to come at the expense of your smile. While coffee can contribute to staining and create a more acidic environment in your mouth, a few simple habits can help protect your teeth.

✨ Try these coffee-friendly tips:
💧 Drink water after your coffee to help rinse away stains and acids.
🥛 Add a splash of milk to help reduce coffee's acidity.
🌎 Choose lower-acid coffee beans, like those from Brazil or Sumatra, when possible.

Have a coffee tip of your own? Share it in the comments! ☕👇

🪥✨ Did you know you should skip the rinse after brushing?

After brushing, simply brush and spit — don’t rinse!

This helps keep the fluoride from your toothpaste on your teeth longer so it can keep working to protect your smile. 😁

Small habit, big difference! 🦷

Ni****ne isn’t just a habit—it’s a vasoconstrictor, meaning it narrows your blood vessels and reduces healthy blood flow throughout your body. Over time, this can contribute to poor circulation, delayed healing, and increased risk of cardiovascular issues.

In dentistry, this matters more than most people realize. Your gums rely on strong, consistent blood flow to stay healthy, fight infection, and heal properly. When blood vessels are constricted, early signs of gum disease can be masked (less bleeding doesn’t mean healthier gums), while damage continues beneath the surface. This can lead to more advanced periodontal disease, bone loss, and even tooth loss.
Healthy smile = healthy circulation 🦷
