We also have a dedicated Workers' Compensation program that focuses on effective and efficient treatment that aims to turn work-related disabilities into return-to-work capabilities by way of transparent communication between employer, insurance carrier, physician and injured worker, alike. Our Workers' Compensation process is driven by a state-of-the-art Job Analysis-based software, Unicore, that matches diagnosis-related physical restrictions to detailed physical job requirements- facilitating the return-to-work process for both physician and employer, alike. More than anything, Atlanta Orthopaedic Institute strives to be a resource for the community. As our name suggests, we are an INSTITUTE, or a hub of knowledge and education for orthopaedic needs. We want to assist our patients with recovery and ensure they understand their injury as well as how to prevent re-injury going forward.
