Patient presented with an unesthetic flipper for a missing tooth at #9, expressing the desire for an implant in that location and the closure of a large diastema. Additional crowns were prepared for teeth 7, 8, and 10, with same-day 3D printed crowns with temp abutment at the implant spot used as temporaries. While the midline alignment requires attention, the patient is content, especially with an upcoming destination wedding.
