I'd be very surprised if a patient ever walked into Greenbriar feeling like something was being thrown at them.

A lot of that comes down to explanation and education. If a bill comes in high without context, that puts everyone at a disadvantage, because the patient's already walking in with that concern. We're not helping anyone by skipping that conversation.

Dr. Senat is quick to say, "They don't really need that. Let's focus on what we can do right now to get them taken care of."
