This patient came to us with fractures and chipping along the incisal edges—something we commonly see from everyday habits like nail biting, chewing on ice, using teeth as tools, or nighttime grinding (bruxism).

This patient presented with a Class II facial profile, dentoalveolar protrusion, severe periodontal disease, and spacing that had previously been camouflaged with composite. Although the prior treatment attempted to close the spaces, the esthetic result did not reflect the smile she truly wanted.

Through careful planning and advanced implant reconstruction, Dr. Castro restored her smile with zirconia prostheses over implants, creating a result designed for strength, function, and natural-looking esthetics.
