We had the sweetest little visitor at Rifkin Dental Group today! We had the pleasure of seeing our dear Kate’s precious grandson, Ward. 💙

Kate was such a special part of the Rifkin Dental family for many years, and she holds a very special place in all of our hearts. We love and miss her so much!

Who knows… maybe little Ward will follow in his Kiki’s footsteps and find his own love for dentistry one day. 🦷

POV: You ask the doctor to form an alliance for another TikTok video…

At this point, working at Rifkin Dental Group requires more than dental skills.

It requires teamwork, trust, negotiation skills… and convincing the doctor to participate in “just ONE more video.”

Doctor: “What are we doing this time?”

Us: “Don’t ask questions. Just form the alliance.”

She may have gone to dental school… but apparently nobody warned her that TikTok would eventually be part of the job description. 😂🎥

When the doctor says “thanks” at the end of the procedure…

But the assistant knows that’s really just the short version of:

“Thank you for being three steps ahead of me, having the instrument ready before I even ask, keeping everything running smoothly, calming the patient, keeping me on schedule, remembering everything I forgot, and somehow knowing exactly what I need just by the look on my face.”

Doctor: “Thanks!”

Assistant: “Of course!” 😊

Assistant in her head:
“You’re welcome for being the best assistant ever. I knew that’s what you meant.”

It’s all in good fun — because behind every smooth appointment is a doctor and assistant who know how to work together… sometimes without even having to say a word. ❤️
