These Ambetter plans do not require a referral from a primary care provider (P*P) for routine podiatry visits at our practice. However, certain services may still require prior authorization, depending on the patient’s specific plan and the type of service being performed.

Referral & Authorization Policy
Some insurance plans require a referral or prior authorization before your visit. These rules are set by your insurance company, not our office.

Checking this ahead of time helps prevent:
