Did you know tongue mobility may play a role in how we use our voice? 🗣️

Research has found measurable differences in some voice and speech characteristics in people with ankyloglossia (tongue-tie). However, tongue-tie does not automatically mean someone will have speech or voice problems, and research is still developing.

The tongue works alongside the jaw, airway, breathing system, and surrounding muscles — making functional movement an important part of the bigger picture.
