Always a great way to remind yourself to be grateful for being born in the current era.

Back when I had more time to yammer on in front of a camera about whichever rabbit hole caught my attention at the time; I put together a video podcast about dental history through the ages up to the modern era.

It's a trip. I also did not have a beard.

I'm stepping into the spotlight and backing the Atkins Backpack Brawl because when it comes to supporting local kids, we get right in the squared circle. 🤼‍♂

This family-friendly showdown will bring the excitement, but the real main event is helping the Atkins Elementary School Food Backpack Program provide weekend meals for children in our community.

William Brown of Gladiator Championship Wrestling LLC issued a challenge to all members of the organization.
