We’re Hiring a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental office team full-time.
This is a front-office position that requires excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy office environment, communicating with patients both in person and over the phone, and handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Helping maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting and posting patient payments
• Using computer software for scheduling, patient records, and other daily office tasks
• Communicating with the clinical team to help keep the day running smoothly
• Providing excellent customer service and helping patients feel welcome and cared for
• Learning additional treatment coordination responsibilities as training and experience progress

We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong phone and communication skills
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Has excellent scheduling and organizational skills
• Can multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Is dependable, positive, and works well as part of a team
• Enjoys working with people and providing excellent patient care
• Is willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as they grow in the position

Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong customer service, computer, and scheduling skills.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity to learn and grow within the practice. We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team and takes pride in providing a great experience for our patients.
