Super Cooper had his bone marrow transplant Friday 3/13. He is currently dealing with some rough side effects to the aggressive chemotherapy treatments, but the doctors expected this and are prepared. Over time, teeth can wear, chip, or shift, which can affect both comfort and appearance. In this case, restorative treatment was used to rebuild the teeth and restore a balanced, natural smile. 🦷

HAPPY NEWS!!

Cooper has officially been given a transplant date of March 12! He will be readmitted to the hospital on February 25th to start the work up period for his transplant!

Mason will be back to work on March 1st and Breanna will be in Akron with Cooper full time, until he can be released - which will hopefully be mid April.

Cooper will be visiting Akron Children’s at least annually until he’s 26, fun fact!

We encourage the community to gather around Mason, Bre, and Cooper! Prayers for their family are very much appreciated and we are still raising funds through the GoFundMe page!

It's the last day of 2025 and Cooper is two months old today! Cooper is still receiving chemo treatments and awaiting a bone marrow donor. He has started smiling and cooing!

❤️ Supporting Super Cooper! 💪

Cooper's Story:
Our much-adored hygienist, Bre, and her husband Mason (an Ashland Police officer) proudly welcomed their first-born son, Cooper, on 10/31/2025. Not long after being home as a new family of 3, circumstances arose that sent Cooper to Akron Children’s Hospital in Akron. On November 26, 2025 Cooper was diagnosed with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH, a rare congenital/genetic autoimmune disease, in which his body does not produce cells needed to attack sickness).

Cooper has had an eventful month with two procedures, chemo treatments and the hospital releasing him to isolate at home with Mom and Dad - until a bone marrow donor is found. They have been, and will continue traveling once a week to Akron Children's for treatments to keep him stable until his donor is located.

Our office is reaching out to our community to support one of our own during an incredibly challenging time.

Bre, our beloved hygienist, and her husband Mason, an Ashland Police officer, recently welcomed their first son, Cooper. Unfortunately, Cooper was diagnosed with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a rare autoimmune disease, and has been admitted to Akron Children’s Hospital. He will face months of treatment, including chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, with a long recovery ahead.

This family has always been there for us, and now they need our help. The medical expenses are overwhelming, and any contribution would mean the world to them.
