💗 Coming Together for a Cause That Matters 💗

At Phillips & Schmitt, we believe that caring for people goes beyond the walls of our dental practice. Our team recently came together to participate in a breast cancer walk, standing in support of those affected by breast cancer and honoring the strength of survivors, fighters, and the loved ones we carry in our hearts. 🎀

One of the sweetest parts of the day was seeing our team’s families join us, too! Even the children of our staff came out to walk alongside us, reminding us that awareness, compassion, and supporting one another are values worth passing on to the next generation. 💕

We are grateful to be part of a team that shows up for one another and for our community. Together, we walk for hope, raise awareness, and support the continued fight against breast cancer.

Part of our team recently traveled to Charlotte for continuing education with Spear Education, taking time to refine our approach, and learn alongside fellow dental professionals.

We were especially grateful to have other dental colleagues from across Western North Carolina represented. We truly value the opportunity to learn with and from those in our dental community. These shared experiences, conversations, and perspectives make continuing education all the more meaningful.

Continuing Education That Elevates Patient Care 🦷✨

Some of our clinical team recently had the opportunity to participate in continuing education at the MAHEC Simulation Center, focusing on injection techniques, phlebotomy, and IV placement.

As clinicians trained in IV sedation dentistry, staying current on advanced skills and techniques is an important part of providing safe, comfortable, and exceptional care for our patients.

We’re grateful to MAHEC for providing hands-on education in such a unique simulation environment, allowing our team to continue learning, practicing, and strengthening their clinical skills.
