During the pandemic, I have noted instances where oral care is suffering. This is very understandable. It is important to visit the dentist at least twice yearly for dental cleaning and check ups. Small issues in the mouth going unnoticed or corrected can lead to large and sometimes costly problems, and, also, infection and discomfort.
Always brush twice daily, floss once, consider a waterpik if flossing is difficult or you have difficult to clean areas. Change your tooth brush every 3 to 4 months, or after an illness.
Lastly, reduce sugar, like softdrinks. Instead have water or milk.
