He received his D.M.D., Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. We want to thank everyone for your patience and support over the past few days. Due to the catastrophic flooding and extensive damage to our office, we have been working around the clock to regroup and make a plan moving forward.

At this time, we plan to resume operations on Tuesday, April 21 in a temporary location:

Please note that during this unexpected situation, we experienced a complete loss of computers and phone service. If your appointment was not canceled, we sincerely apologize — this was beyond our control, and communication has been extremely limited.

We are doing everything we can to reconnect with patients and return calls as quickly as possible. Your understanding truly means so much to us during this time.
