🦷 Meet the Staff: Destinee Williams, RDA

Meet Destinee, a lifelong Arkadelphian, 2015 graduate of Arkadelphia High School, and one of our dental assistants! She has been a dental assistant for 11 years and has been apart of our team for over 5 years.

Destinee is cross-trained and always willing to help where needed. She loves getting to know her patients and is great at helping people feel more comfortable during their appointments. If you know her, you probably know she never meets a stranger!

When not at the office, you can count on her spending time with her husband, Mason, and their two kids, AnnaMae and Maxton. Destinee also enjoys the outdoors- whether it be hunting, fishing, or enjoying the beauty of nature. If she isn’t doing that, she’s probably sewing. Her church family is also very important to her and she’s very thankful for the people God has placed in her life.

Today we said goodbye to Rachel after more than 15 years with our office!

To say Rachel has been an important part of our office would be an understatement. She is hardworking, dependable, and always willing to jump in and help. Her dedication to our patients and our practice over the years has meant so much to all of us.

We are definitely going to miss having her around, but we’re so excited for her as she starts this new chapter. Wishing you all the best, Rachel! You will be missed!

Meet the staff: Emily Huerta, RDA

We’re so excited to introduce Emily, our Registered Dental Assistant. She brings a positive, caring attitude to the office and helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental visits.
Emily is passionate about dentistry and enjoys being part of a team that creates a welcoming experience for every patient. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand and learn something new.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys staying active, spending time with the people she loves, growing her faith, and making fun memories. We’re so happy to have her as part of our dental family!

Meet the staff: Donna Wright, Manager

🦷Meet Donna, our RDA Practice Manager. Donna has been part of the dental family since 1987 and has been with Dr. David Bell’s practice since 1992. She has worn just about every hat in the office over the years—and if something needs to get done, there’s a good chance Donna is the one making it happen!

Donna loves being part of a practice where patients feel like family. She enjoys building relationships with patients, helping the team, keeping the office running smoothly, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed and cared for.

When she’s not at the office, Donna enjoys Alan's cooking, couponing, visiting Arkansas State Parks, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Alan, love to travel and make memories. Also, their Chessie, Rip, keeps them entertained and never far from a little adventure! 🐾

Donna says the best part of dentistry has always been the people—the patients she has watched grow up, the families she has gotten to know, and the wonderful team she gets to work alongside every day.

We are so glad Donna is part of our dental family! 🦷

🦷 Meet the Staff: Bethany Goodson, RDH

Meet Bethany Goodson, one of our Registered Dental Hygienists! Bethany has been a dental hygienist for 7 years and has been a part of our office since December 2019.

Bethany is a 2014 graduate of Arkadelphia High School. She completed her prerequisite coursework at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville before attending UAMS, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2019.

One of Bethany’s favorite parts of being a dental hygienist is helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair—especially those who may feel nervous or anxious about dental visits. Through gentle care, patient education, and a welcoming environment, she strives to make each visit a positive experience.

Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family. She married her high school sweetheart, Drake, and together they have a son and two cats. 🤍

We’re so glad to have Bethany as part of our team and can’t wait for you to get to know her!
