We are currently seeking a CATH LAB RN for the AZ Heart Hospital. FT day rotates position.

Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Position renders individualized, age-specific and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care. Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals. Participates in hourly rounding. Observes safety guidelines and safe work practices. May at times be asked to be in charge for a shift(s). Supervises other members of the Healthcare team.

Special Skills: Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with team members required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure. Excellent customer service skills. Must have basic computer skills.

This position provides leadership for tariff functions and interpretations for various business activities, as well as the development of innovative approaches in assessing the regulatory boundaries of current and new business activities. These include periodic tariff filings and general rate cases and related filings. The position also supports, as required certificate applications and internal business applications.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Function)

Through technical expertise, develops process improvement solutions to streamline regulatory hurdles.

Leads technical analysis of and support for required tariff filings and recommendations on fuel retained issues, firm service structuring, as well as Federal Energy Regulatory Commission policy changes and the impact such policies have on Kern River's primary business, etc.

Coordinates the preparation and documentation of schedules and exhibits necessary to support tariff filings.

Spearheads Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and other regulatory data responses and filings.

Leads the timely and accurate preparation of all tariff filings.

Supports financial planning for tariff interpretations, strategies and studies for the long-range plan.
