We know life happens, and sometimes plans change.

But when you miss an appointment, that time was reserved just for you. So if the roles were reversed, you’d probably understand the frustration too.

A business’s cancellation policy is not to punish anyone, it’s a way to start getting their clients/patients to show respect for the time that was reserved for them. Time that could have been given to another patient who has been waiting for care. So please, we understand life happens but we ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. (And no we are not jerks— there are exceptions if you are sick or had a medical emergency!!!)

A little notice goes a long way. Thank you for helping us keep appointments running smoothly and making space for every patient who needs us.
