Good morning, I'd like to address a few key points from our office.
1. Insurances we do not take are Soonercare/sooner select and anything that pertains to Medicaid, we are now Out Of Network with Delta Dental PPO(we are in Network with DD premier) and Guardian. Questions?! Please call us we would be happy to answer your concerns!
2. If you have an appointment with us it is crucial you fill out your paperwork ahead of time through the link we provide to you when you set that appointment so we can give you the utmost attention and care during your visit. If there are issues with filling out, please stop by our office and we can help you! Do not wait until you show up for your appointment, we will not have time to see you and that makes us sad! We want to meet you!!
3. Remember there is a required 48 hour notice of cancellation(also no show) to avoid $50 fee put on your account. Remember we are excited to meet you but we also need time to fill the spot in which you have obtained. *Your time is valuable and so is ours!*
