Wondering how often you should wear your retainer? The answer is all day for the first year! Then switch to EVERY night for the rest of your life! 😁✨

Your braces may be off, but your retainer is what keeps your smile looking its best. Skipping even a few nights can allow your teeth to start shifting.

Wear it. Protect it. Love your smile. 🦷💙
