Remember, when you make decisions solely based on what dental insurance you have, this is the type of behavior you are supporting. These companies do not have your best interests in mind, they are solely driven to make money. Not exactly sure how companies like this can call themselves nonprofits, when everyone else has to pay taxes. When you trust your dentist, I strongly encourage you to listen to their advice- not what an insurance says, “they will or will not cover for a procedure.”
🚨BREAKING: Delta Dental calls itself a "nonprofit" for the tax breaks, while its CEOs raked in $48 MILLION over four years.
Her pay jumped from $4.5M to $15M a year.
Meanwhile, they slashed dentist reimbursements and patients paid more.
This is how "nonprofits" game the system.
