Cardinal Family Dentistry is in search of a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice in Apex, NC. We are looking for someone who is a hard worker, self motivated, dedicated to patient care and comfort, and has a kind personality that makes our patient family feel right at home. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, work well both independently and with a small team, and be willing to pitch in wherever is needed. have excellent verbal and written communication, and top-notch phone skills. Experience with Eaglesoft and insurance verification preferred, but not required. Job responsibilities include check-in/out, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and insurance verification. Benefits for full time employees include employer contributed medical insurance, 401K with employer match, life insurance, and dental benefits.
