Cold water might feel refreshing… but temperature doesn’t make your enamel stronger.

✨ What does strengthen enamel? Fluoride.
Fluoride helps remineralize tooth enamel, making it more resistant to acid attacks from food and drinks.

So while sipping ice water is totally fine (and great for rinsing away debris!), it’s your fluoride toothpaste and regular dental care that truly protect your smile.
