Patient has been missing his back teeth for decades and came to us for a solution. Treatment planned a series of implant bridges and singular implant placements in order to restore bilateral posterior occlusion in the most efficient way. Today we were able to deliver the first set, his upper right implant retained bridge restoring his ability to chew on his right side. Next up, the left side!!

Patient presented with four lower metal ceramic crowns that no longer matched her existing teeth. She was displeased with the metal exposure and recession along with how misaligned they were. We removed the old crowns and fabricated four new esthetic zirconia crown restorations covering the root exposure, aligning the teeth and color matching her existing teeth. Patient came to us looking to restore missing teeth. After taking a CBCT image, we fabricated a surgical guide, and placed two implants. Four months later we took a digital scan to fabricate two screw retained implant crowns and gave the patient their ability to chew on his back teeth again!! Couldn’t be happier with the results!!

Patient has some old and broken down fillings that were staining and catching cavities left and right. We restored the front teeth with crown restorations while also performing a high sheen polish on the other teeth to buff out stains and finish all irregularities on the surface. Night and day difference and the patient couldn’t be happier!!

Patient had a pre-existing bridge that was replacing his front teeth that fractured off and broke both supporting abutments. We were able to restore both supporting teeth, take a digital impression and fabricate a 6 unit esthetic translucent bridge restoration replacing his front teeth all in under a week. Patient couldn’t be happier with a smile ready for Easter weekend!!

Patient came into the office with a crown that fractured off his canine tooth, needed it replaced and to specifically match his other veneers. We were able to see the patient, work on the tooth, fabricate a same day CEREC emax esthetic crown and permanently cement it all in 1.5 hrs. Patient was vacay ready all in one visit!!

Patient presented with a failing upper bridge that we had to section and remove. After removal of the failing restorations along with some broken teeth, patient healed beautiful and with the foundation sound we fabricated a customized 6 unit translucent zirconia bridge that we retrofitted to her pre-existing partial denture while also remaking her denture for a brand new smile!!

We just finished up this case at where a patient was looking for a permanent solution for his missing teeth. Patient had a partial denture was looking for an alternative, so we fabricated a 5 unit three abutment translucent zirconia fused to obsidian bridge restoration and cemented today for final photos. Starting the new year with a brand new smile!!
