~Leanne finished radiation today and will be back in the office mid- morning. She’s been a true warrior and worked through it. We are so grateful for her and her strength. Thank you also to all of our patients, team and her friends and family for rallying behind her. She feels it big 🥳💕!! We love you!😘

A note from Leanne:

Surgery went well, and recovery has begun.

I am so thankful and grateful for all of the prayers, phone calls, texts, messages, visits, food drop-offs, and every act of kindness shown to me and my family. The love and support from my family, friends, WFD friends, and patients has meant more than words can express. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I would appreciate your continued prayers as I wait for the results of the lymph node testing. We are trusting God through each step and are thankful to have so many people lifting us up in prayer.

💓We want to share an important update about our office manager, Leanne Resendez

She has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma). While this is difficult news, we are grateful that her condition is treatable, and her care team has a clear plan moving forward.
Leanne will be undergoing a double mastectomy and will need to take some time away from the office over the next few months to focus on her recovery. We fully support her during this time and know how important it is for her to heal.
💪🏼🤨Leanne remains strong and optimistic, grounded in her faith ✝️🌷and surrounded by the love and support of her wonderful family, as well as her Walker Family Dental team. If you know Leanne, you know how deeply she cares for others—she truly loves big—and she wants everyone to know she’s looking forward to returning, with that same warm smile, as soon as she’s able.
👩🏼‍💻We appreciate your patience and understanding as some of our team members step into new roles to help cover her absence.
