I’m sharing an important oral hygiene tip. This is especially important for ages 30 and up. There’s a concavity in the gum tissue that supports your tooth and protects it from bacteria. This is a hard to reach area to clean and with natural aging and hence tissue changes, this area doesn’t get cleaned with floss. Therefore I recommend a waterpik or a tool such as a bristled angled pick that can reach those in between areas of the teeth under the immediate contacts to clean.
