Two of Northern Virginia’s leading prosthodontists are redefining what restorative and cosmetic dentistry can look like when precision and artistry work together.

Both Dr. Viski and Dr. Bonilla have completed advanced training beyond dental school, focusing on the diagnosis, planning, and ex*****on of complex dental cases.

Their work includes dental implants, implant-supported bridges, full-mouth rehabilitations, and custom prosthetics, all carefully designed to restore function while maintaining natural-looking aesthetics.

Their approach is centered on collaboration, detail, and long-term stability, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

Whether the goal is replacing missing teeth, improving smile harmony, or restoring full oral function, patients can expect a high level of precision, care, and consistency throughout the entire process.

Before these ever touched a patient, they were already a work of art.
What you're looking at are the upper and lower full-arch implant-supported prostheses designed by Dr. Bonilla, photographed on the model before delivery. Images like this one don't often make it to social media, and that's exactly why we're sharing it. We want you to see the level of craftsmanship that goes into every case before the patient ever sits in the chair.

Each arch features individually sculpted ceramic teeth with lifelike translucency, natural incisal characterization, and a warm gradation of shade from the cervical to the incisal edge that mimics the optical properties of natural dentition. The gingival architecture is meticulously contoured with realistic tissue color, stippling, and root prominence to replicate the look of healthy natural gum tissue. The interproximal embrasures are open and anatomically correct, and the occlusal surfaces are designed with functional cusp anatomy to support proper chewing mechanics from day one.

This is what separates a prosthodontist-directed case from a standard implant restoration. The prosthetic design, the tooth morphology, the tissue simulation, the occlusal scheme: every detail is planned and executed with a level of precision that only comes from years of specialized training.
The patient who received these prostheses went from having no functional dentition to wearing something that looks and feels like the best teeth they have ever had.

That is what we do here.

Two prosthodontists. One practice. An unwavering commitment to doing dentistry at the highest level.

Meet Dr. Hugo Bonilla and Dr. Sebastian Viski, the specialists behind Bonilla Dental Arts. Every credential on that wall represents years of focused study in the most complex and nuanced specialty in dentistry.

Whether a case calls for a single restoration or a complete full-mouth rehabilitation, Dr. Bonilla and Dr. Viski approach every patient with the same standard of care.

Dr. Bonilla is recognized as one of Northern Virginia’s leading prosthodontists, a dental specialist focused on the restoration and replacement of missing teeth.

Prosthodontics is an American Dental Association recognized specialty dedicated to rebuilding smiles with a strong emphasis on precision, function, and long-term stability.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bonilla has developed advanced expertise in dental implants, complex full-mouth rehabilitation, and highly detailed cosmetic restorations. His work is centered on restoring both structure and appearance in a way that supports long-term oral health and natural-looking results.

His approach extends beyond individual procedures, often collaborating with general dentists, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure fully coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient.

Whether restoring a single tooth or rebuilding an entire smile, his focus remains consistent: precision, longevity, and outcomes that feel both functional and confident.

If you’re facing a complex dental concern or exploring long-term restorative options, a prosthodontic specialist can make all the difference.

The teeth you see when someone smiles tell a story. We help rewrite it.
This patient presented with significant anterior crowding, rotated and overlapping upper incisors, uneven tooth lengths, discoloration, and missing posterior teeth that had shifted the bite and compromised the overall arch form. The smile line was irregular and the existing tooth structure showed signs of wear and old restorative work that no longer blended naturally.

Dr. Bonilla designed a comprehensive treatment plan addressing both the functional and aesthetic concerns simultaneously. Missing posterior teeth were restored to re-establish proper arch support and occlusal stability, while the upper anterior teeth were treated with full-coverage ceramic restorations to correct the alignment, proportion, and color in a way that orthodontics alone could not achieve given the extent of the existing damage.

The final result shows a beautifully balanced smile with consistent tooth proportions, a natural warm shade, harmonious gingival contours, and a smile line that follows the curve of the lower lip. The transformation goes far beyond cosmetics. Restoring the posterior support changed how this patient bites, chews, and carries tension in the jaw.

This is the kind of case that reminds us why prosthodontics exists at the intersection of art and medicine. Function and beauty are not separate goals. In the right hands, they are achieved together.
If you have been living with a smile that no longer feels like yours, let's have a conversation. We'd love to show you what's possible.

This patient came to Dr. Bonilla with fractures affecting both upper central incisors, the two most visible teeth in any smile. The broken incisal edges created an asymmetry that was impossible to ignore and had been a source of self-consciousness for this patient for some time. The surrounding upper teeth also showed subtle inconsistencies in length and shade that compounded the overall imbalance.

Dr. Bonilla designed a porcelain veneer treatment plan for the upper anterior arch that addressed not just the two fractured centrals but the full upper smile zone, ensuring that the repaired teeth would blend flawlessly with their neighbors rather than simply stand out as obviously restored. The incisal edges were rebuilt to ideal length and symmetry, the tooth proportions were refined, and a natural bright shade was selected to unify the entire upper arch without looking artificial or overdone.

The after image shows exactly what this level of care produces. Both centrals are restored to perfect symmetry, the smile line is even and flowing, and nothing about the result telegraphs that any work was done at all. It simply looks like a beautiful, healthy smile.

If fractured, chipped, or damaged front teeth have been holding your smile back, porcelain veneers may be exactly the solution you've been looking for. Reach out to us and let's talk about what Dr. Bonilla can do for you.

Most people will never know these aren't real teeth. That's exactly the point.

What you're looking at is a full-arch implant-supported prosthesis designed by Dr. Viski, photographed before delivery. Two angles, one extraordinary piece of work.

The anterior view reveals the full smile arc: beautifully proportioned teeth with natural cervical-to-incisal shade gradation, lifelike translucency at the incisal edges, and individually characterized tooth forms that avoid the flat, uniform look that gives away lesser prosthetic work. The gingival tissue simulation is sculpted with remarkable anatomical accuracy, featuring realistic root prominence, natural color variation between the attached and free gingival zones, and soft tissue contours that replicate what healthy natural gums actually look like.

The lateral view tells an equally important story. From the side you can appreciate the arch form, the emergence profile of each tooth from the tissue, and the depth of the gingival sculpting that gives this prosthesis its three-dimensional, lifelike quality. This is not a standard denture. This is a precision-engineered prosthetic restoration that happens to be removable.
The craftsmanship in a prosthesis like this one reflects years of specialized training in occlusal design, esthetic dentistry, and the biomechanics of full-arch reconstruction. It also reflects an uncompromising standard that Dr. Viski brings to every single case.

If you have been living with tooth loss and want to understand what today's prosthodontic solutions can truly offer, we would love to show you. Reach out to schedule a consultation with Dr. Viski.

Some cases don't just change a smile. They change a life.
This patient came to us with one of the most challenging presentations we see in prosthodontics: near-total loss of the upper anterior dentition, severely broken-down and non-restorable remaining teeth in both arches, heavy calculus accumulation, compromised periodontal health, and a collapsed occlusal vertical dimension that had dramatically altered the facial profile over time.

Dr. Bonilla developed a full-mouth rehabilitation plan that began with a thorough periodontal and surgical phase to address the soft and hard tissue foundation before any restorative work could begin. Once the environment was stabilized, implants were strategically placed across both arches to support full-arch prostheses. The restorations were designed to restore the lost vertical dimension, re-establish proper anterior guidance, and deliver a natural, age-appropriate result that works in harmony with this patient's facial structure.

What stands out in the after image is not just the teeth. It is the way the lips fill out naturally, the way the face regains its proper proportions, and the way the entire lower third of the face is transformed when vertical dimension is correctly restored. This is the level of detail that separates a prosthodontist from any other dental specialist.

Cases at this level of complexity require a clinician who understands not just how to place teeth, but how the entire stomatognathic system functions together. That is the foundation of everything we do at Bonilla Dental Arts.

If you or someone you care about has been putting off treatment because the situation feels overwhelming, we want you to know that there is a path forward. Reach out to us and let's take that first step together.
