Okay. Best practice builder ever!!!! When I was growing my practice, this was as huge. It’s so simple and easy.
1 have your cell phone on the bottom of your business card
2 EVERY time you finish a procedure with your patient, walk them up to the front desk. Hand them a business card, and tell them to call or text you with ANY problems. Also, every patient in the waiting room hears you and often will comment on how nice that is. And, the patients almost never call!! But they love that they can. I got so many new patients from that cuz they would tell me that any doc that gives their patients their phone number actually cares!!!
That was the best practice grower, that cost/ nothing, in my 39 years as a dentist!
