We have just received word from the Massachusetts Dental Association that all practices in the Commonwealth are strongly recommended to close their offices from March 17 to April 6 to patients seeking elective and non-urgent care.

We apologize for the ever-changing situation. We are working to contact all of our patients with appointments at this time and establish a system to contact us for emergency situations.

To our patients-

My team and I are committed to the health and wellness of our patients, especially during this confusing and stressful time. We continue to monitor the situation and all updates regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in order to continue the highest of safety standards. We are following all recommendations in accordance with the WHO and CDC and are reinforcing our high standards of infection prevention protocols throughout the practice.

At this time, we intend to keep the practice open and continue to treat our scheduled patients. As a practice, we are focused on reinforcing our high standards of infection prevention that are always in place for the safety of our patients and staff. This includes the use of single-use masks and gloves that are disposed of after each patient interaction. All of our treatment rooms are sterilized with hospital-grade disinfectants after each appointment. Our dental equipment is cleaned and sterilized after every use. We take the safety of our patients and staff seriously at all times and are increasing our efforts during this difficult time.

We ask that our patients assist us in our efforts to maintain health and safety standards. In addition to the recommendations of the CDC, we ask you to please call our office prior to your appointment in the following situations:

• If you have traveled to countries with a CDC Travel Health Alert Level 2 or 3 (China, South Korea, Iran, Italy, Japan) in the past 14 days, or any other area affected by COVID-19.
• If you or a close family member currently have cold/flu symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath)
• If you or a close family member have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19.

In any of these situations, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.

Like all of you, everyone at our practice has a family and friends and we share your concerns. This is an ever-changing situation that we continue to monitor on a daily, and hourly basis. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, regarding your appointments or treatments do not hesitate to contact us.
