She didn’t spend 20+ years in dentistry following someone else’s blueprint. She built her own.
For Dr. Marnie Bauer, DMD, being a businesswoman has never simply meant owning a business.
It has meant having a vision for how dentistry could be different: more personal, more innovative and centered around relationships with patients, and having the determination to build it.
Along the way, Marnie has also made mentorship and creating opportunities for other women an important part of her work. Her leadership and commitment to women making a difference were among the reasons she was recognized as one of the 2023 Women to KNOW.
More than two decades into her career, she’s still learning. Still innovating. Still mentoring. And still asking what can be done better.
