📚✨ Creating Magic at Greene Endodontics! ✨🦷
At Greene Endodontics, learning and growing together is part of how we create an exceptional experience—not only for our patients, but for each other. 💙
Our Greene Team Book Club meets every Wednesday, and our current book is Creating Magic by Lee Cockerell, former Executive Vice President of Operations at Walt Disney World® Resort.
Each week, our team reads a chapter and comes together to discuss one of the leadership principles and, most importantly, how we can actually apply it at GE.
We talk about things like making every person feel important, creating a strong team culture, improving training, eliminating hassles, listening to feedback, developing character, and finding those little opportunities to create ✨magic✨ in someone’s day.
Because excellent patient care is about so much more than providing excellent endodontic treatment. It’s about how someone is greeted, how well we communicate, how comfortable and cared for they feel, how smoothly their visit goes, and how our team works together behind the scenes. 🦷💙
And these lessons don’t stop when we leave the office. We encourage our team to think about how these same principles can help us become better communicators, teammates, leaders, friends, and people in our everyday lives.
We’re not just reading a book—we’re taking what we learn and putting it into practice.
