🛋️ Happy National Relaxation Day! 🧘‍♀️

Take a deep breath and kick your feet back—today is all about slowing down!

We know that "going to the dentist" isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind when you think of relaxation, but at Anamosa Dental Associates, we work hard to make your visits as comfortable, easy, and stress-free as possible.

Think of a routine cleaning as a little self-care for your smile! ✨

What’s your favorite way to unwind? A good book, a long walk, or a quiet nap? Let us know in the comments! 👇

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Growing up fast, but always our babies! Happy National Sons & Daughters Day!

From their first tooth to their high school graduations, watching the sons and daughters of the Anamosa community grow up is one of our absolute favorite parts of what we do at Anamosa Dental Associates. 🦷💙

Time moves quickly, so today is the perfect excuse to pause, hug your kids a little tighter, and celebrate the unique joy they bring to your life.

And parents, if they are due for a routine checkup before the busy school sports and activity schedules pick up, we are here to help. Give us a call at 319-462-2531!
