I love this place! Sarah and Dr. Chambers were both so helpful, informative, kind, and clear about helping me with a crown issue. I went in with nervousness and they told me everything they were about to do and what it might feel like as we went. I despise dental work as a rule but this was such a great experience.

An Excellent Practice - by Anonymous

Dr. Chambers is very skilled, listens carefully, and explains procedures very clearly so I know what yo expect and why. She pays close attention to pain issues. She is upbeat and friendly, and always professional.
The staff are also excellent, helpful, efficient, and friendly. The practice has a very positive vibe.
I have noticed that, coming and going, patients passing each other often greet each other and smile. When the other patients are coming out happy, or glad to be going in, you know it’s a good place to be.

Spa day at the dentist?! - by Paige A.

Dr Chambers was wonderful, as usual! Not a single thing I could say negative about her. Deb, the RDH was phenomenal. From her greeting and bedside manner to the ambiance in the room, I knew I was in competent hands. When she got to work cleaning my teeth, I knew I was in really good hands. She was so thorough and so gentle, I hope to be booked with her for every cleaning. As a kid I experienced traumatic dental visits, so to be able to say this office and staff make me feel like I'm at the spa going for a cleaning or any procedure, that's saying a lot. I recommend you guys to everyone who asks!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Amherst Dental. Everyone is great and I love my hygienist. I had been a patient at Amherst Dental for many many years and then I moved to Northampton. I thought, why cross the bridge. I can certainly find a dentist on this side. So I went to one that came highly recommended and it was awful and I had to pay more than a small co-payment. I came running back.

I was delighted by the whole experience. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly, Joanne and Dr. B were friendly, thoughtful and very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased by the visit. This is obviously a well run practice. (Even the lobby music was outstanding: Joni Mitchell.)
