At your complimentary consultation, Dr. Stark enjoys spending time talking with you. He’ll ask about your life, health, hobbies, and treatment goals. Following your exam, he’ll then create your unique care plan and walk you through it. By clearly explaining what’s happening in your mouth, how treatment works, and encouraging your questions, he and our team make sure you’re able to make an informed decision about orthodontic treatment; this is your smile, after all!

Lisa has been a dental assistant in orthodontics since 2008 and joined Stark Smiles in October 2024. With 18 years of experience, she brings precision, passion, and positive energy to every appointment.

She loves the detail behind perfect bracket placement, building relationships with patients, and watching confidence grow throughout treatment. If you’ve seen our fun office events or social media posts — there’s a good chance Lisa had a hand in it!

Outside of the office, she’s a proud wife to Kyle and a busy mama to her two daughters, Hazley and Lilly. Most of her free time is spent making memories with her family, tackling home projects, or planning the next celebration.
