We’re proud to call this building home and grateful for the incredible team that helped bring it to life. A special thank you to Todd and his team at for their hard work, attention to detail, and partnership throughout the project.

April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month

Oral cancer can present in many different shapes and sizes and often goes unnoticed in its early stages, which is why awareness and routine evaluations are so important.

Signs to watch for include:
• A sore or ulcer in the mouth that does not heal within 2 weeks
• Red or white patches
• Lumps, thickened tissue, or rough areas
• Persistent pain, numbness, or difficulty swallowing

Early detection plays a critical role in successful treatment. If you notice anything unusual, it’s important to have it evaluated.

At Lonestar Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we are trained to diagnose and manage conditions of the oral cavity, including performing biopsies when necessary.
