💙 BABY BOONE UPDATE + PRAISE REPORT💙

We have the most incredible praise report to share about sweet baby Boone!

As many of you know, Boone has SCID and will be staying in Kansas City with Rachel for the next several months as they walk through this journey. Yesterday, we received news that can only be described as a MIRACLE…

We were praying that Boone’s siblings, Winnie and Opal, would be a match. Siblings have a good chance of being at least a half-match or, if they’re lucky, a full match. Winnie and Opal are both half-matches for Boone. 💙

✨ Dr. Urrutia is a FULL match to be Boone’s bone marrow donor! 10/10✨

Parents are always a half match to their children, but the chance of a parent being a full match is less than 1%. Yet, God worked it out in a way only He could. Dr. Urrutia gets to save his son’s life! 🙏🏼 😭

This is their miracle. This is their answered prayer. This is a reminder of just how faithful our God is! 🙌🏻

Now we continue to pray BIG for Boone. Please pray he stays healthy, without infection. Please pray that he keeps getting stronger and gaining weight so he can begin his preconditioning, that includes chemo, followed by his bone marrow transplant.

Pray for strength for sweet Boone, for Rachel as she walks through these next several months, for the girls as they are missing their mama and for Dr. Urrutia as he prepares to be Boone’s donor.

Today we are stopping to celebrate this incredible blessing and give ALL THE GLORY TO GOD! 🙌🏼

God is faithful. God is good. And we believe He is writing Boone’s miracle story.

Keep fighting, sweet Boone. We love you, we’re praying for you, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 💙

On Saturday some of our Urrutia Family Dental team had the opportunity to love on our community at First Baptist Alma during a free dental & medical clinic hosted by Arkansas Baptists. 🦷

We are so thankful for the opportunity to use our skills to serve others & pour back into the community we love so much!! We are grateful for everyone who helped make this day possible & for the chance to be a small part of such a meaningful event! 🤍
