If you want to avoid breaking a bracket and keep your treatment moving along, try to stay away from these foods:

❌ Sticky candy (caramel, taffy, gummies)
❌ Hard foods (ice, nuts, hard candy)
❌ Popcorn
❌ Chips and hard pretzels
❌ Whole apples and carrots (cut them into small pieces instead!)
❌ Corn on the cob
❌ Tough foods like beef jerky or hard pizza crust

A little extra care now can save you from emergency visits and help you finish treatment on time. 😊
