Friday Smiles: Showcasing a highly complex orthodontic transformation ✨🦷

This is one of Dr. Savages favorite case: this patient presented with a significant anterior open bite and had previously been advised that corrective jaw surgery would be necessary. After comprehensive evaluation and strategic orthodontic treatment planning, we pursued a non-surgical approach tailored to the patient’s unique needs.

Due to compromised first permanent molars, those teeth were removed, and the third molars were successfully guided into functional substitution for the lost dentition. Through careful space management and occlusal correction, we achieved a stable bite, improved function, and a beautifully transformed smile.

This case highlights the importance of individualized orthodontic care and demonstrates how innovative treatment planning can create exceptional outcomes, even in challenging cases.
