Schedule and appointment and enter by guessing how many Hot Tamales are in the jar. The person who picks the correct number or who has the closest guess of Hot Tamales will win a new Diamondback bike that was generously donated by Dr. Cori Dominguez and her husband Max. This contest ends on Cinco de Mayo so you have plenty of time to enter.
